Speech Impediment

You have a lisp, stutter, or other condition that makes it difficult for you to form words properly.

Effect:
You take a –1 penalty to all Charisma-based checks.
In addition, whenever you cast a spell with a verbal component, you must make a Concentration check (DC 15 + double spell level) or lose the spell. This check is in addition to any other check you may have to make in order to cast the spell. This also applies to language-dependent special abilities and command word-activated magic items (DC 15 + caster level).
