Runt

You are smaller and weaker than others of your kind.

Prerequisite:
Constitution 11 or lower.
Effect:
You take penalties as if you were one size category smaller (but gain none of the benefits). For example: you get a -4 penalty on grapple checks, and your carrying capacity is reduced, but you do not gain a bonus to attack rolls or AC, nor a bonus on Hide checks. Your armor costs as much as normal and weighs the same as well.
Your height and weight are the minimum possible for your race.
