Phobia, Greater

You have a debilitating fear of something.

Prerequisite:
Phobia.
Effect:
Whenever you encounter the object of your phobia, you must make a Will save (DC 20) or become panicked. If the Will save is successful, you still become frightened. The fear lasts for as long as you are aware of the presence of the object of your phobia.
Special:
Spells, effects, and abilities that negate fear effects no not prevent the effect of this flaw. (A phobia's fear is a product of one's own mind, and thus cannot be prevented by outside means.)
