Nearsighted

You cannot see well at a distance.

Effect:
When making any ranged attack, you have a maximum range increment of 30 feet. This supercedes the range increment for ranged weapons that normally have a larger range increment, and imposes a range increment on ranged attacks (including ranged spells) that do not normally have one. Ranged effects that do not normally require an attack roll now require an attack roll at the chosen location. (Treat this as if throwing a splash weapon.
You also take a -2 penalty to all Spot checks.
