Light Blindness

You are so well adapted to seeing in complete darkness that your eyes react especially slowly to light.

Prerequisite:
Light Sensitivity.
Effect:
Abrupt exposure to bright light (such as sunlight or a daylight spell) causes you to become blind for 1 round. On subsequent rounds, you are dazzled as long as you remain in the affected area.
