Persistent Power [Metapsionic]

You can make a power last all day.

Prerequisite:
Extend Power.
Benefit:
To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus.
You can manifest a persistent power. A persistent power has a duration of 24 hours. The persistent power must have a personal range or a fixed range. Powers of instantaneous duration cannot be affected by this feat, nor can powers whose effects are discharged. You need not concentrate on spells such as detect psionics or read thoughts to be aware of the mere presence of absence of the things detected, but you must still concentrate to gain additional information as normal. Concentration on such a power is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
Using this feat increases the power point cost of the power by 8. The power
