Game Rule Information

Half-celestial paragons have the following game statistics.

Abilities:
Half-celestial paragons value Wisdom above all, because of their connection to the divine, and to tell them when to fight and when not to. Strength is important for the fight for what is right. They value Charisma mostly because they admire beauty and grace, but also because it enhances their spell-like abilities.
Alignment:
Any good.
Hit Dice:
d8.

Class Skills

The half-celestial paragon's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Knowledge (the planes) (Int), Listen (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), Spot (Wis).

Skill Points at Each Level:
6 + Int modifier.

Class Features

All of the following are class features of the half-celestial paragon class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
Half-celestial paragons are proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with all armor and shields (except tower shields).
Spells per Day/Spells Known:
At 2nd and 3rd level, the half-celestial paragon gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in whatever divine spellcasting class he belonged to before adding the prestige class. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If the character had more than one divine spellcasting class before he became a half-celestial paragon, he must decide to which class he adds each level of half-celestial paragon for the purpose of determining spells per day.
If a half-celestial paragon has no levels in a divine spellcasting class, this class feature has no effect.
Channel Celestial Ancestry (Sp):
By focusing on his celestial parentage, a half-celestial paragon develops an extra spell-like ability that resembles one of the abilities of his heavenly parent's. The half-celestial paragon may choose any one of the following abilities. (If the character's celestial parent has already been determined, the DM may require the player to choose an ability possessed by the parent's subtype.) Saving throw DCs (if applicable) are Charisma-based, and caster levels are equal to the half-celestial paragon's Hit Dice.
  • magic circle against evil, 1/day
  • speak with animals, 3/day
  • tongues, 1/day
Extra Smiting (Su):
At 1st level, a half-celestial paragon gains 1 additional use of his smite evil ability per day.
Natural Armor Increase (Ex):
At 2nd level, a half-celestial paragon's natural armor bonus improves by 1.
Ability Boost (Ex):
At 3rd level, a half-celestial paragon's Wisdom score increases by 2 points.
