Small Mind Blade

Your mind blade is smaller than normal and deals less damage.

Prerequisite:
Ability to form a mind blade [5].
Effect:
The damage dealt by your mind blade is reduced as if you were one size category smaller than you actually are. This reduction applies even if some other ability changes the mind blade, such as the shape mind blade [6] ability. Apply the effects of this flaw after all other modifications to the mind blade.
