Probe Droid

"I-AM-A-PROBE-DROID. PREPARE-TO-BE-PROBED."
(With apologies to ToyFare Magazine...)

A simple custom of the POTF2 Deluxe Probe Droid I found on somebody's website, and I think a few other people have also mimicked. (If you can prove you came up with the idea first, let me know and I'll credit you.)

First, clip off the ends of the orange rods that stick out of the bottom of the body, and the side of the head.

Then paint the head of the missile black, so that it looks like one of the eyes. (Look closely at the eye on the left-hand side of the head. It's the head of the missile.)

That's all you really need to do to make the think look right, but I took it a step further. I clipped off the antennae at the base, then clipped the tops of the antennae off of their stalks. Glueing the tops back onto the base makes them look retracted!
